Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our marketing initiatives to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with company goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, creative, SEO).
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and agency coordination.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present campaign performance insights.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the marketing team for continuous skill growth.
- Work with product and sales teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet or exceed KPIs.
- Continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Utilize a strong grip on Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, demographics, and consumer behaviour trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels to maximize campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in Google Ads policies and algorithms.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a digital or tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and deliver measurable results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders
